Recovering a Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few steps and regain access to the SigmaMD mobile app securely.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Start the password reset

   From the Sign In screen, tap Forgot password.

   

2. Verify your email

   Enter the email address associated with your account and tap Continue.

   You’ll receive a verification code at that email address.

3. Create a new password

   Return to the app, enter the verification code, and set a new password.

   Your password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include one letter
• Include one number
• Include one special character

Important Points

• Your new password must be unique and cannot match a previous password.
• Once reset, sign in from the Sign In screen using your new password.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with others.
