Recovering a Forgotten Password

This guide will assist users in swiftly and securely resetting forgotten passwords, enabling continued access to the SigmaMD Mobile App.

Procedure to Reset Your Password

Initiate Password Reset

• From the Sign In screen, tap ‘Forgot Password’.

Verify Identity

• Enter the phone number associated with your account.
• Check the email linked to your account for a verification code.

Create a New Password

• Return to the app, input the verification code, and set up a new password. This must be a unique combination, with at least 8 characters, one letter, one number, and one special character.

Important Points

• Your new password must be unique, and you cannot reuse previous passwords.
• Once reset, sign in with the new password from the Sign In screen.
• Keep your password secure and confidential to maintain account safety.
